WITH SUPPORT FROM CAPITAL BLUECROSS, SUMMIT ENDOWMENT, AND THE ALEXANDER STEWART FOUNDATION, CHAC OFFERS A FREE PROGRAM FOR THE PARENTS OF TWO, THREE AND FOUR-YEAR-OLD CHILDREN. 

ITS PURPOSE IS TO HELP PARENTS PREPARE THEIR CHILDREN, AT HOME, FOR KINDERGARTEN.

Topics: The cognitive, emotional, physical

"milestones" expected of Pre-K

children & how to attain them at home.

Other Programs:

CHAC refers adults to the Literacy Council

(Coyle Library) for GED & English language study.

CHAC offers computer access, in its office,

 enabling clients to fill out

online job applications and conduct research.

CHAC partners with "The Incredible Years" 

offering educational services to elementary

 school students and their parents.

CHAC refers clients to Legal Services so that

 they may prepare for the

U.S.A. citizenship test.
